Dear Parents and Carers
Today completes the second week of our full return to school. The students have continued to settle back into school life, especially those in new classrooms. Now that students have readjusted, learning is back in full swing.
Our school reports which are usually sent home at the end of Term 2 will not be released until Term 3, Monday 27 July. This is in response to the COVID-19 remote learning and the need for a modified reporting system. Our parent teacher interviews will begin Tuesday 28 July. More information will be available by the end of this term.
Kinder 2021 enrolments are now open. Now that COVID-19 restrictions are beginning to lift plans are being developed to host our information day for new Kinders. At this stage we are looking to have small groups visit the school for a presentation and tour.
Good news for parents, our canteen is opening with a limited service on Monday 15th of June. Please refer to the P&F News section in this newsletter.
This weekend brings an extra day of rest with the Queens Birthday holiday on Monday. I hope everybody takes the opportunity to rest and recharge their batteries and be ready for more learning on Tuesday.

This may be confusing so we advise all parents to add this new number to their mobile address book. If you already have the school number as a contact in your address book it is best to select to add to an existing contact, this will leave our old number in your phone as well because calling our old number will still get us!
Fee statements for Term 2 have been posted.
A drought subsidy of $317.60 per family has been applied to your fees. For those who pay fees per term, could you please check your statement and alter your payment accordingly.
Those who have set up their own BPAY or direct debit payments are asked to also check their statement and alter or suspend your payments as required. Payment plans through the school's Catholic Development Fund can be altered here at the office. You will be contacted if we think you need to change your payment amount.
The school has the ability to provide school fee support for families in genuine need, and the CEO are offering fee relief for COVID-19 income loss. Confidential information is available at the school office.
School fee payment records are strictly confidential and access is restricted to office staff and the school principal. Please contact Mr Nielsen if you wish to discuss this matter or any other issue.
