This week at St Mary’s our focus value will be Mercy - Mercy means choosing not to hold someone’s wrong action against them and letting go of anger and bitterness. It’s showing kindness and compassion, even if the other person doesn’t apologise. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught us to show mercy when he said, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you.”
