Dear Parents/Carers,

Welcome to Week 7. A quieter week at St Mary’s with lots of fun and learning. I trust everyone in the St Mary’s community enjoyed the long weekend and are ready for the last four weeks of term.

Last week we held our annual book character parade. This was a fabulous day and was definitely a highlight of the year for both students and staff. A special thank you to Emma Speedy for organising the parade that all students participated in so enthusiastically. Also, a massive thank you to all the parents and grand parents who joined us for the parade, open classrooms and the book fair. The book fair, generated sales of around $2000. This is an amazing effort for such a small community.   

A special welcome to the Hutchins family (Jemima in Kinder Kind, Tully in 2 Mercy and Ridley in 4 Trust) who began today. We welcome you to the St Mary’s community and trust you will enjoy your time with us.

As you would be aware our 2026 kindergarten information and tour will be held on Thursday the 26^th of June. If you are aware of anyone interested in enrolling their child at St Mary’s in 2026, please let them know to attend!!!  

Sunday was the third preparation Mass for students receiving the Sacrament of First Communion. We continue to pray for our students at St Mary’s who are preparing to receive this important Sacrament.
