A Prayer for those who believe

Gracious and Loving God, 

I pray for all those around the world who do not know You yet and have no one praying for them. 

Knowing that You work in ways that I cannot understand, I ask that my prayers might lead them to You. 

I ask your Holy Spirit to descend upon them and give them the wisdom to look for You and to believe in You.

Amen.

Sunday’s Gospel

On Sunday at Mass we listened to the story of Jesus’ disciple Thomas. He failed to believe the Lord had risen. Jesus left him (us) with this very poignant message ‘you believe because you have seen me. Happy are those who have not seen yet believe’.
