This forms allows parents to enter their children in the school swimming carnival.

Entry Information

Students can only compete in the 50m events if they turn 8 in 2021.

Students in Year 2 that turn 7 in 2021 can compete in the 25m events.

For children turning 8 in 2021 please choose either the 25m or 50m in a stroke, you cannot compete in both distances for the same stroke.

Students in Kinder and Year 1 will participate in the novelty events at 5pm.

If your child is over 8 years old and does not wish to compete in any events they must attend the carnival to cheer on their house. Please select that option below.
