Intensive Swim Lessons - Permission Note 2021

This form is used to give permission for your child to attend the Intensive Swimming at Holland Park Pool, West Wyalong.

Intensive Swimming Program

Our intensive swimming program will run from Thursday 19th of November to Wednesday the 24th of November.

The P&F will pay the full cost of the lessons for all students. St Mary's thanks the P&F and our school community for supporting the P&F fundraisers in order that this support can happen.
